HOW TO ORDER ON THE SITE OF AMORE PURO?
All orders have to be made on the site, you’ll be guided through each stage of the process:
- Add your items in the cart, modify quantity if wanted.
- Register your invoicing and delivery details if you’re not registered yet as a client. If you have registered an account , please connect with your login and created password.
- Choose the way of expedition: at home or point of relay.
- Choose your way of payment: Bankcard, paypal or bank swift.
- A confirmation of your order will automatically be sent to you by Email after the payment is received.
HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
- At the top right corner of the site, click on “my account”, you can then connect and create your account.
- You can also create your account while making an order.
If you forgot your password, click on “forgot my password”. Than communicate your email address and you’ll receive a reset email to create a new password.
The advantage to create an account is that you can track your order, to store your information and history and make your future purchases easier.
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED WAYS OF PAYMENT ON THE SITE?
During ordering you have the possibility to choose the way of payment that suits you best, knowing some can be inconvenient.
- Bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard): Secured payment with Stripe application.
- Bank swift: Shipment of the order as soon as payment is completed.
- Paypal: With or without Paypal account.
HOW TO KNOW YOUR ORDER IS TAKEN IN ACCOUNT?
You’ll receive a mail with confirmation of your order.You can follow the progress of your order in the section “My account” in the right top corner of each page of the site. However, getting access to the tracking of your order means that you already have created an account.
HOW TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
An order under status “awaiting payment” can be cancelled at any time.
Once the payment is completed, your order can be cancelled immediately from your customer area as long as its status is “registered”. This order however can not be modified (add an item, a code or modify the way of delivery) and only cancelling for reimbursement is possible from then on. It will be refund within 14 workdays.
A paid order has a status “preparation package in progress” or “shipped” can not be cancelled from your account or from the customer service.Nevertheless you the right of withdrawal for your purchase on our site.
If you want to modify your order after being confirmed, you’ll have to contact our customer service through the contact form which allows you to cancel or modify your order.
WHAT ARE THE DELAYS OF DELIVERY?
The delays of delivery mentioned are on indicative basis. Parcels are normally shipped within 2 days after payment is valid. They are shipped by Colissimo and GLS together with a tracking number and are delivered without signature.

The site is available in 3 languages English, French and Dutch. We ship in Europe to: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Swiss and Sweden. We also ship to the Dom Tom: Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyane, Réunion, St Pierre and Miquelon, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna.
CAN I RETURN MY PARCEL IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?
According to the regulation you have 15 days to change your mind and return your parcel. In this case we invite you to wright the precise reason for returning and your choice, your name and number of order: refund or exchange. Items have to be intact, not opened and not used. The order has to be returned under “tracked parcel” so we can trace its shipment and you on your hand have a proof of shipment in case the parcel got lost.
